GMAS | Sponsored Reports in CREW
CREW is the Common Reporting Environment for the Data Warehouse - a user-friendly, flexible web-based tool.
GMAS will be the second system to bring its reporting into this common interface - HR Reporting was succesfully rolled out in June 2004. Sponsored reports will not be available in HUDINI or AWS2.

Support
If you have questions about running a CREW report or ad hoc report, please contact the Help Desk at 496-0800. They will route your request or question to the group best able to respond.
Report Security
Each individual user is assigned a role to manage what data is accessible in GMAS and CREW reports. Security will be assigned at the Tub, Org, and Segment (Award) level. Non-GMAS users must have reporting specific roles created in GMAS to access GMAS reports in CREW.

Ad Hoc Reporting
For those individuals who will modify existing reports or create new reports to respond to their group's unique business questions, we are hoping that reports and expertise can be shared amongst the Ad Hoc community.
To participate:
- You will need Brio software - the purchase process and costs are currently being negotiated with Site Liscensing.
- You may need training on Brio software, and using the new GMAS Data Warehouse tables. Training plans for Brio are currently under development.
